SA4U Better screen shot using any player

1.Open the video file which you want to capture screen shot in any player.

2.Full screen it.

3.Press "prtscn sysrq" button in your keyboard.



4.Then open "paint" and press 'Ctrl+v' .

5.Then Save the picture in jpg.
(Note : jpg or jpeg consumes low picture memory)

6. Thats it, continue this process as much as you want.

(The prtscn button copies the whole screen)
