If at each reboot of your server, IIS Worker Process crashes (ex: with WSUS 3.0) , just solve this annoying problem with this :
- Go to registry : HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SYSTEM\CurrentControlSet\Services\ASP.NET_2.0.50727
- Right-click on Names and set full control for NETWORK SERVICE.
