How to Import Gmail and Yahoo Contacts to Outlook or desktop

is there any way to download contacts or email addresses from gmail or yahoo? is there any way to export or copy yahoo address book to gmail or gmail email ids to yahoo? these are some of the questions people always looks for below is the simple way of doing the above tasks...

Gmail Addressbook or email ids to Outlook
-->Login into gmail click or select contacts in the left pane as shown in the below PIC and click export button on top right corner.

-->Now select My contacts from the list box and Outlook CSV options and click export button and save it on desktop or any other folder

-->Now open outlook click on file menu and choose import/export-->Import from another program

-->give the link of file in the desktop and click finish now your gmail ids will be in your outlook

Yahoo Addressbook or email ids to outlook
-->Login into yahoo mail and select contacts in the right top corner as shown in the below PIC and click Addressbook on the left pane

-->Now select import export option on right and choose appropriate file format to export such as outlook, yahoo, thunderbird as shown in the pic below

-->Now open outlook click on file menu and choose import/export-->Import from another program-->give the link of file in the desktop and click finish now your yahoo ids will be in your outlook

importing the contacts between yahoo and gmail id is simple just export the file from yahoo or gmail in Microsoft outlook format .csv and save it to the desktop
